this is a great product for using while in the gym doing a long intensive session . it gives you a much needed boost while it also has the benefit of providing your muscles with protein making your session more worth while . not many other products have this mixture . summer fruits tastes great and is easy to transport in the saches

Ideally used during exercise, High 5 Energy Source 4:1 can also be used before and after your workout. Containing carbohydrates, protein, BCAAs and Amino Acids, High 5 Energy Source 4:1 works to provide your muscles with energy, prevent muscle breakdown and provide mental focus!

Energysource 4:1 is an advanced all in one training and recovery drink. It contains 4 parts carbohydrate to 1 part whey protein isolate plus electrolytes.

4:1 has a light fresh taste, its quickly absorbed, easy on the stomach and lactose free.

4:1 is intended for hard training and when participating in an endurance race or personal challenge. Research shows that a carbohydrate and protein combination can result in less muscle damage during exercise and more rapid recovery afterwards. This leads to stronger more resilient muscle, faster improvement in fitness and a reduced risk of injury.
Directions
During exercise: Mix sachet with 500ml of water and drink 500ml to 1000ml per hour.
Recovery after exercise: Drink 500ml to 750ml immediately after exercise.
