It's hard to belive! I had to try it myself. This fuel makes wonders. 4-5 hours of strenous training on the bike is just as easy and pleasant as some summer saturday late afternoon slow rides. :) No cramps, no pain, no feeling of burnout, no crisis when you wont to stop, lay, & die...

High five energy X treme mixes easily and I have been mixing 2 servings up for every cardio session I do. I drink one pre workout after work and by the time im in the gym im focused and full of energy (no matter how bad my day has been) The taste is very strong but it sits well in my stomach and I have had no problems. Its more cost effective than Viper and it tastes better and lasts longer! Just dont drink it before bed time!!! In 8 months of taking this I have seen 12 seconds come off my 2000m PB on the indoor rowing machine and 40 seconds off my 5000m PB!

Amazing, it gets you absolutely buzzing, whether its for training, a match or even a night out. only disappointment is they changed the colour and taste slightly, my newest tub makes it clear, not bright yellow?!

High 5 Energy Source Xtreme contains a 2:1 fructose formulation and a high level of stimulants. Research shows that this can provide 40% more fuel to the working muscles as compared to a traditional sports drink formulation. Xtreme contains sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium and it can form part of an anti cramp strategy. Directions
Read product label before use. To mix: Add 2 scoops of powder into 500ml of water. Pre Training: Drink 500ml in the 60 minutes before training starts. During Training: Bodyweight under 60kg: Drunk a further 250ml. Bodyweight 60kg to 75kg: Drink a further 500ml. Bodyweight 75kg to 95kg: Drink a further 750ml. If you need to drink more during training, then switch to High5 EnergySource without caffeine. Only use Xtreme in one training session per day.
IMPORTANT: EnergySource X'treme contains a potent mix of stimulants and herbs. It should NOT be used: if you are sensitive to Caffeine; in combination with alcohol or other products which contain Caffeine or other stimulants; if you are under 16 years of age; if you are pregnant or breast feeding; if you have any heart or other medical condition. If you are taking any form of medication, consult your doctor before using this product. Store in cool dry place away from children.
