I have tested quite a few boosters like these, though this one stands out from the crowd. Gives you almost immediate response, and keeps on going for hours. I used this a lot under/before my exams, clears the head, and as stated earlier it keeps on going. Works great before exercise. I haven't experienced any bad downswing either. Recommended.

Energy Boost

Energy Boost is a source of complex carbohydrates. 

Ideal as a pre training drink, or during training to maintain energy levels. Also ideal as a source of additional calories through the day.
Directions
Before/During Exercise - Add one and a half dessertspoons (15g)
After Exercise - Add three dessertspoons (30g)

Add To a pint of cold water and stir briskly.
