Nutrisport Energy Boost is a complex carbohydrate drink with glucose polymers. It can be drunk both before and after exercise to increase energy levels. Nutrisport Energy Boost can help to improve performance.

Nutrisport energy Boost provides complex carbohydrate, to give a quick but prolonged release of energy.

Energy for training and competition is stored in the muscles as a carbohydrate, called glycogen. Taking the right form of carbohydrate before and after training/competition can have a marked effect on energy and performance.

After Training: Research has shown that the replacement of muscle energy (glycogen) occurs fastest within 45 minutes of finishing your exercise. So the drink should be taken immediatelty after the exercise.

Before Training: You need to ensure that the blood suagar remains at a good level. Taking sweets, sugar or glucose causes your body to release insulin; this lowers blood sugar and lessens energy.

Nutrisport Energy Boost can be taken before and ruing exercise, but mix it weakly so that it can be easily absorbed.
Directions
Before/During Exercise - Add one and a half dessertspoons (15g) to one pint of cold water and stir briskly.
After Exercise - Add three dessertspoons (30g) to one pint of cold water and stir briskly.
Cold water is best as it leaves the stomach quicker.
