I took one a few times before training - it did nothing for me, so looking at the other reviews I decided to take two - it did give me a real buzz and I performed better, but it gave me heart palpitations which was fairly scary envisaging me collapsing and being dragged out of the gym. For that reason I'm not touching them anymore.
At £3.50 they were worth a go, but I wouldn't buy them again.

about 10-15 mins to kick in but when it does... got me excited for a heavy workout

the product is good specially the price but what i noticed u get sum headaches and also increasing heart rate which i dnt like scares me a bit lol i hv to take 2 b4 ma workout cuz 1 dnt do the job 4 me
