this is a exelent energy drink if your feeling tired or just cant be botherd to go to the gym you need one of these tastes like cheap orange pop but the effects are all good and it seems to give me a real big pump too like my muscles are swelling up while im workin out especialy my arms i always have a better workout after drinkin one of these b 4 training and i just seem to keep going while my training partner is dun in
