:
Science In Sport Super Hydro 15:30 is a low calorie drink which provides your body with the hydration it needs to perform at its best. The drink, once made, can be drunk as it is or added to an energy drink for enhanced benefits. If you need hydration but not unwanted calories then reach for Science In Sport Super Hydro 15:30.
Superhydro is the next wave in sports hydration, for all your fluid and hydration needs, with virtually no calories - only 7.5 kcal per bottle.
Superhydro was developed in conjunction with the Skandia Team GBR for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008. Its effectiveness has been proven by elite athletes and is now used as part of their ritual.
Low hydration can lower performance. Superhydro is high in sodium, driving your hydration, and has been formulated to provide 30mmol solution of sodium as well as other electrolytes for optimal hydration. The effectiveness of a rehydration drink is a balance between its palatability and its sodium concentration. Superhydro tastes great and contains a high level of sodium at 30mmol. Sodium promotes fluid intake and so helps drive rehydration.
Superhydro contains 'superfood' antioxidants and natural flavourings. Superhydro also includes either elderberry anthocycanins (with berry flavour) or green tea antioxidants (with lemon flavour) which both help protect against damage from oxidative stress.
Each Superhydro pack contains sachets to make 12 x 500ml servings, is convenient to use, easy to carry, has less packaging, can be used as a no cal drink, can be added to an energy drink - versatility is the watchword!
