Really good stuff experienced a deep burning sensation in the throat for about 5 minutes is that normal ? other than that its an awsome supplement highly recomend it!

I been using this for a good few weeks now and for me it does not suppress my hunger at all. I can feel a bit of an energy boost but thats about it. I hope it has other benifits to lowerin my fat content than hunger suppression

I very rarely write reviews on any of my online purchases, but feel the need on this product. I have tried various similar products and had different results, some having strong side effects, to some not doing what they state, Thermo Fusion totally suppresses your appetite but gives you kick of energy to assist with your training or every day duties. Very happy with this product and will continue to use it.

Reflex Nutrition Thermo Fusion is suitable for anyone who is wishing to support a weight management plan.

A state of the art weight management formula containing a unique blend of high quality extracts, nutrients and amino acids.
Directions
Start by taking 2 capsules half an hour before meals (preferably only breakfast and lunch for the first 2 days to assess tolerance).
Then take up to a maximum of 4 capsules before each meal.
On training days take up to 4 capsules half an hour before exercise.
Read product label before use.

Warnings: Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating. Do not consume this product if you suffer from high blodd pressure. Do not consume more than 4 capsules at a time. Do not consume more than 12 capsules per day.
Consult a doctor before using this product if you have any medical conditions. Avoid using this product in the evening as it may interfere with sleep. Avoid taking this product in conjunction with any other products containing caffeine or other stimulants. Taking this product may result in sweating and hot flushes.

Per 4 capsules:
L Carntine Tartrate: 500mg
Acetyl-L-Carntine: 500mg
DL-Phenylalanine: 500mg
Green Tea Extract: 300mg
Choline: 300mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid: 200mg
Cayenne Pepper Extract: 200mg
Caffeine: 150mg
Piperine (Bioperine): 5mg
Chronium: 100ug
Ingredients
In a two piece Gelatin (Gelatin, Black Iron Oxide) Capsule: Di-Phenylalanine, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate, Green Tea Extract (95% Polyphenols), L-Choline Bitartrate, Cayenne Pepper Extract (0.5% Capascin), Alpha Lipoic Acid, Caffeine, Piperine (Bioperine), Chromium Picolinate.
