I got all excited about this product, but felt nothing in the way of results. Went back on my usual green tea extract. I give 2 instead one star just for the excitement.

I got this on on the 1st of march and i have lost 1st 4lbs and am looking alot leaner and my hard earned muscle is starting to show.
The only problem with this stuff is it takes some getting used to and really dose shock the system sweating, shaking, trapped wind and even pressure in chest and high blood pressure but dose wear off and then you feel like your not even on anything and get lots of energy at the gym brilliant stuff just bear with it and you will love it

To assess individual tolerance, for the first two days, start with one (1) capsule, taken with a glass of water two (2) times daily, approximately 30 minutes before your main meals.
