- Best Joint Supply I Have Tried

I have semi busted up knees from lifting heavy for 10 years...and it started to be felt in my early thirties. I have tried cissus, straight glucosamine, gluco+MSM+chondroitin, green tea with decent results. Especially cissus was good, but I was worried about the similar chemical profile/pathways to cortisone, so I dropped it. But Elastimine...this is the best joint supply I have tried in years. I take 3 caps a day and my joints have never felt better. And this is working as a carpenter and doing japanese ju jutsu (lot of hard throws). Highly recommended!

Directions
