I took of the wrapper with great difficulty and tryed to take bite out of one of them and my front teeth shattered into a million pieces , a large piece of this stinking brick that chef jay calls a protein bar shot down the back of my throat and exploded like a sawdust bomb , i layed on the floor gasping for air for about ten minutes it was so dry i started vomiting wat can only be described as wet sand , i managed to stumble over to a near by pond and dunk my head into the filthy water which resulted in me swallowing 9 deadly cane toad tadpoles , i get out of intensive care next tuesday , i wont be buying these bars again .

I found these bars very good indeed. Nice and tasty, a good size serving and obviously a good dose of protein. Nice with a cuppa!
