A good sized bar but had trouble finishing them as the flavour was not good. For the first maybe second mouthful they taste lovely but after that I found each bar a battle to finish and left a bit each time! Expensive unless on sale, especially if you don;t enjoy them. Wil be trying something else next time.

The first protein bar I have tried, got these when they were on sale for 13 quid to try. Not bad taste actually, Nice to have a break from the whey shakes. Quite expensive when not on sale is the only problem.
