highly recommended that you don't consume more than one per day - apparently more than that counts as "excessive consumption", which as the warning states "may cause laxative effects". Also, not too healthy, but taste is ok, basically good for occasional treat, but better to buy sytha-6 bars IMO

These are one of the better tasting bars I have consumed!! Yes as one of the reveiws stated on here "The better they taste the worse they are for you" READ the ingredients and nutritional info on these and if you know your "stuff" so to say you will see the problem... But on the plus makes a nice cheat or treat or a bit of both which is ok as contain protein so all is not lost....

This is by far the best tasting protein bar I've had. Makes me wonder though cos as they say 'the better it tastes, the worse it is for you'
