Any endurance athlete will tell you that these gel sachets are good. I did a half marathon on these and reaped the rewards. Cheap too!

CNP Professional

Energy Gels

CNP Professional Energy Gel has been created for endurance athletes in mind. Developed with British Cycling and Sky Pro Cycling Team, it works to provide a slow and steady release of energy increasing stamina and endurance. CNP Professional Energy Gel also helps to keep you hydrated.

CNP's Pro Energy Gel has been developed in conjunction with British Cycling and the Sky Pro Cycling Team and is used by their riders. British Cycling and Sky Pro Cycling Team specifically requested CNP to not use citric acid in the formulation as they believe it can upset the riders' stomachs.

Pro Energy Gel can be used by cyclists of any level to provide a sustained release of energy.

Pro Energy Gel with maltodextrin for a sustained release of energy. Potassium Chloride and Magnesium Chloride for improved hydration. Naturally occurring Tocopherol (vitamin E) for its anti oxidant properties.
Directions
Consume between 2 - 3 gels per hour in hard exercise and drink water frequently.
