I have been using these tablets for years for the gym and cycling and running. They are great to have in your gym bag or take on holiday if you go running. They really work I would suggest 2 tablets for about 600ml whilst working out and 1 in 600ml afterwards.

I bought this product as I am climbing kilimanjaro and wanted to take an energy drink mix that wouldn't take up a lot of space in my bag. This seemed to fit the bill as the tube is about 15cm x 6cm. It contains 10 tablets which equals 2.5 litres of drink so you may need a few tubes depending on your activity. I bought the orange ones and once dissolved they are tasty and do seem to give me an energy boost. I usually have a bottle 750ml - 1 litre mixed with 3 - 4 tabs, I think they would be a bit sweet if you drank more than that.
The main problem for me is the size of the tablets and the texture when not dissolved. They are very large (I'd say around 1cm thick and 5-6cm wide)which makes them hard to get into my platypus bottle as it only has a small top, they are also very soft and are not scored so they tend to crumble when you try to break them in half to get them in the bottle. I have been storing a tube in my gym bag so I can pop them in my bottle before training but have found they have all broken up so it is now hard to determine what quantity I'm mixing and is also quite messy.
Overall these do give me a good energy boost and they don't take up much space compared to powdered isotonic drinks but I think the texture of the tablets lets them down.
