This stuff is decent, mixes in seconds and is indistinguishable from Nesquick milkshake powder. The only issue I have is that I'll probably have used the lot by the end of the week, it's that tasty.

Both drinks allow rapid hydration and aid high-energy performance at all sporting levels.
