With added electrolytes to keep you hydrated whatever the temperature, the drink comes in a small sachet which can easily be added to your rucksack or waist bag. Simply mix Science In Sport Go - Organic Performance Hydration with water and you can go!

GO Ergogenic Sports Fuel is similar to PSP22, but has essential electrolytes added for rapid hydration to give ultimate performance in the heat. GO is maltodextrin and fructose based, rather than sucrose (table sugar) based to ensure that it is light on the stomach and clean in taste whilst providing a great source of carbohydrate energy. It has all the essential electrolytes (salts), Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Chloride for rapid hydration and electrolyte replacement.

Ideal for indoor work outs, exercise in the heat and any time when you are sweating heavily or dehydrating. GO provides fast rehydration, sustained energy and is ideal during or after exercise. GO puts back what you sweat out.

Athletes often water down their sports drinks in order to be able to drink them during exercise. GO has been formulated so that it is easy to drink when the pressure is on. Scientific studies have confirmed it’s as light on the stomach as water, so you can rely on it during the heat of competition when you need it most. GO combines multiple energy sources which work together to optimize energy delivery to your working muscles. Balanced electrolytes provide the salts required to keep you hydrated and protect against cramp.
Directions
Read product label before use.
Organic GO Electrolyte has been formulated to provide carbohydrate energy and electrolytes that are lost during exercise in the heat. Simply add water to 40g of Organic GO Electrolyte and make up to 500ml and shake well.
Drink 500ml every 30-45 minutes during and after exercise.
Organice GO Electrolyte has been designed to drink as a sports food for use before, during and after intense activity and is not recommended as a simple beverage.
Store in a cool dry place. Once made up keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
