I've been using this product on and off for around four years now. It is the best 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone product on the market because unlike others in pill form which are broken down and made useless by stomach acid, this product is placed under the tongue. This allows for better absorption and utilization by the body. Although the label says to keep under the tongue for 1 minute, if possible I recommend at least five minutes to get best effects. Brilliant product for a first time user with significant fat loss and massive gains of lean muscle but gets less effective over time to the point of lowering testosterone and increasing estrogen levels if taken month in month out. Take at least one month’s break between each cycle but even with this, the positive effects reduce over time.
