Whilst I get a good deep sleep, if I take two tabs on an empty stomach it makes me feel really sick. 1 tab with milk/whey before bed and I'm ok. dont get this problem with sci mx zma.

Have taken this product for 2 weeks to give myself a chance to get used to it before posting a review but unfortuately this ZMA make me feel very sick about 20 min after taking it.
Looks like I'll have to stop and find an alternative.

just started taking these last week,great deep sleep with strong dreams.tried now foods zma before and this brand is as good as them.no side effects at all,take 2 before bed.
