This is as the name suggests, a meal replacement. If you do really want to use this as a post workout shake though, split the pack & use milk. Mixes easily in a shaker or blender & tastes good.

tried this for few weeks, and i wont be going back to it. its too expensive and gives me too much air, id rather get Reflex nutrition whey isolate for the same price. this is just avg
