Great product, but mix well. If using a shaker add water first then powder (stops those annoying dry bits in the corners) shake very hard, then leave for 2 minutes, then skae again, never had a dry lump. adding two pieces of ice helps make a nice thick milk shake and with the mixing.
No side effects.

Progen a srange name & form the UK, My expectations were low but I was presently surprised about the out come. As I read on the box I realised that they use organic ingredients and go to a lot of effort for what I thought was a good price. The mix was just the right consistency and the taste was “ok” a bit bland. It wasn’t the tastiest MRP I have had but I felt better using the product with no bloating or upsets. I was satisfied with Progen and may consider buying more (But I would not recommend Banana).

As you would expect from the best company in the uk, a great mrp. I have used choc flavour and found them as good as any other brand, but with a higher quality ingredients list in these.
I find these very convenient to take with me on days out along with a bottle of water.
Like any protein powder it may stick to the bottom now and again if u don't learn how to use your shaker properly. I highly recommend these for 2 of your 6 meals a day.

Progen is the latest meal replacement from Reflex Nutrition. It contains preferentially selected proteins to ensure un-beatable quality.
