just addedg this to my pre workout stack along(l- carnitine, l-lysine and gurana/caffeine supplement)as I've hit a plateau in the gym lately and it really gave me a boost. word of warning thou if your planning on an evening workout don't expect to get a good nights sleep even with using ZMA.
