MET Rx Amped is a pre workout drink that helps to increae energy levels and NO synthesis. It can be of benefit for those involved in strength training or weight lifting. MET Rx Amped contains four proprietary blends to support nitrogen levels and promotes strength, power and recovery.

Directions
Read product label before use.
For adults mix 40g (2 servings) with 500ml of water or juice and consume as follows:
One half 30-60 minutes before your workout and the remaining balance during the course of your workout. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should begin with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance. Do not exceed more than 60mg (4 scoops) in 24 hours. For best results, once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training. Minimum of 6-8 glasses of water a daily.
Warnings: Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. This product contains caffeine. Avoid additional consumption of caffeine which may intensify adverse effects.
Caution: If you are under medical supervision, please consult a doctor before use. Consult a doctor before use if you have or have had kidney disease. Do not use this product if you have diabetes, hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
Long term intake of amounts greater than 10mg daily of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Amounts greater than 250mg daily of Phosphorus may cause mild stomach upset in senstiive individuals.
