I bought this product as i wanted something to get me jacked up for the gym, but i was dissapointed, i've been on Jack3d and superpump max and they where great, but i thought i'd try this cos its cheaper. I didn't really feel an effect but it mixed well and tasted good, IMO if you can afford better go for it.

I'm currently doing p90x which is very tough and a strict routine to follow. Never really been into supplements but I felt I was being left behind compared to most threads I read on the P90x forum. All I can say is that the product works a treat. Very good value for money and I nailed my workout as if I had been doing it for years after taking it. Took about 30mins to kick in. Berry flavour is good tasting. mixed well. I sweated buckets but that was because I could push way past my usual limit....very happy. Bring it
