Asked a couple of colleagues about pre-workout supplements and conducted some research of my own utilising other customers' star ratings. This product seemed to be a good bet after trying a different brand.
However, having taken a couple of the packs of supplements they have done literally nothing for me. Of course, having opened the packaging I can't return them and they are costly.
These could work for other people, but for me was a wasted purchase.

Very good creatine supplement, i always use it before training. Only problem is it is NEVER in stock.
