All I can say is watch out for your health with these. I have the Pulsin protein and the chocolate brownie and rate them highly...no so this product. I bought the chocolate version and it tastes vile. The worst thing is that they make you feel quite ill. I guess this may be the guarana ...within half an hour of taking I feel jittery, woozy and rather sick to the point where I have to stop exercise. I ordered a box of 18 so have experimented several times both morning and evening....always the same...not nice.
