i got the banana flavour this time, its not great...also this protein makes me go to the toilet more often.

I just bought the strawberry flavour as others said it tastes nice, I think I agree with them, can't say if its the nicest flavour as havent tried other. The powder is very fine and when you use a shaker it gets really frothy/foamy, it mixes well though. I can talk about results of using this product as i just started taking it. the content looks good apart from having too many carbs. but this protein is cheap so it makes up for it, i would buy whey isolate if i had more money.

I bought this product more for using it as a replacment for meals and there for to lose weight I haven't given it 5 stars becuase haven't seen anything yet but have only had 2 of then I bought the mill choclate one with is alright to mix and taste pritty good I mix it with 200ml of milk and 350ml of water and it works out at just over 300cal witch is pritty good I think
