I don't usually do reviews but felt I should defend the product against the ridiculous, mis informed 2 star rating. I am sure some people think they can take a tub of protein and it will have the effect of a course of d bol! I have been using prolab supplements since '96 when I was an amateur boxer. I have competed at pro level in martial arts and wild consider myself quite knowledgeable in the game. The protein powders have always been excellent. They tick all the right boxes. Taste good, good value, mix well, good quality ingredients, and high protein content percentage. I still use prolab protein as part of my diet and recommend it to anyone, beginner or veteran sports person.
