Ideally used as an aid to recovery workout, Maxim Protein Drink Whey 100 Powder can also be used as a snack or taken with a meal throughout the day to maximise protein intake.

Maxim Whey 100 protein drink consists of whey protein. It has a high quantity of whey protein isolate, which is the highest quality of whey protein. Whey protein has a high biological value, which means that it contains all essential amino acids. This composition ensures a fast absorption in the body.

Maxim Whey 100 protein drink contains 80 g carbohydrates per 100 g powder and is suitable for those who wish to maintain or build up their muscle mass.

During training your muscles are working hard and when finished, your body needs to produce amino acids to repair your exhausted muscles. However, the reserves from which your body takes these amino acids is in those same muscles. If you feed your muscles with proteins immediately after exercise you help them regain strength quickly.Whey 100 works best if taken immediately after exercise when the proteins will be absorbed more efficiently.
Directions
After exercise: Whey 100 protein drink is to be taken immediately after exercise to reach an optimal effect. Put milk or water in a shaker, add the powder and shake well. A 400 ml shake mixed with milk adds 16g of extra protein to your diet.
Daily use: Drink Whey 100 Protein Drink several times daily to increase protein intake.
