I have used this product quite a few times throughout the years, and although I have had friends who have used it and not rated it, I myself think it is a great product, if i want to increase my strength and bulk up then this doesn't fail, if you use it correctly and take it twice a day(which can be a little expensive!!) I don't see how you wont notice gains in all areas, does taste like rubbish though!!!!

I tend to use this sparingly, and use other - cheaper - whey protein powders to compliment this... I agree, Vanilla and Mint Choc are the only decent tasting flavours! And as for Sodium Bicarbonate... They use this in toothpaste, so it probably won't erode your teeth :o)

Directions
