I bought this in very berry flavour; I think tastes great, although it is very sweet, and over about a week and a half i had gained around 4 lbs. This is good considering that I find it very hard to gain weight and I am naturally the definition of an ectomorph. I also saw good gains in lifts, with a 10kg increase in my 1 rep max for bench. Quality supplement.

this is just amazing honest try it out and just 4 scoops through out the day during your 5 to 6 meals with high calories meals and right nutrition

Bought this for a change from my usual shake and I love it. Tastes like a really rich chocolate milkshake even when made with water. Haven't tried the 3000kcal recipe so can't comment on that. I'm a hard gainer and have put on some weight with using this. Will buy again.
