After just over 2 weeks for using this product, i gained 5kg in just over 2 weeks with a very fast metabolism
!, i went from slender 75kg to 80kg at a height of 193cm taking an average of 3 shakes a day, and eating good healthy foods, and i've sustained the mass a further 2 weeks on, without taking any more, which says alot of the muscle gain, couldnt have been water threw the keratin.
The taste is good, and ive tried both flavours, Chocolate is the best, the vanilla is alot nice, but its hard to drink, it feels like it burns the back of your throat abit, so i can see why that may have caused problems for some!!
for me this is a 5 star product, and i will be using it every other fortnight, (as too much kratein can damage your liver and muscles, if taken too regularly) till im happy with my size!

Caused me extreme stomach problems and the taste was horrible, due to the problems i had i ended up losing weight rather than gaining it. Have it at your own caution.

I have tried lots of weight gainers now and this one is by far the best. Mixes perfectly and has good nutritional content without the stomach problems sometimes associated with such products
