I noticed alot of comments about the taste, who care's about taste the important thing is does it work and is it good value for money. Well when you compare the servings amount and the price to the other proteins on this site its easily the best by far, great price and lasts a while, then when you look at how much protein per serving and carbs it's excellent and you definatly see fast gains with this suppliment, id recommend this to everyone.

it is great for gaining, but there isn't enough aminos for my body weight per serving-meaning i don't recover and my muscules still ache in tthe morning. the taste is disgusting as it is too sweet and sickerning. With the creatine inside it i don't fill more energetic and increase in strength. overall good for gaining,but doesn't perform as good as it claims.
