This is a very nice tasting shake, but be warned I found pieces of plastic in the powder.

As a typical hardgainer I thought I'd give this a go. So far, 6 weeks in and I've gained about 10 pounds - thru a combo of 2 scoops once or twice a day and plenty of eating. Vanilla tastes great and at £27 a go you can't knock it. Only thing is a lot of the weight goes straight to the stomach - I haven't been training fully so don't know if that would make much of a difference.

Directions
