Therefore, be sure to supplement your daily protein intake with the necessary servings of MAMMOTH 2500™ to help meet your total daily protein and caloric intake. Using milk will boost MAMMOTH 2500™'s nutrient profile and add some thickness to your shake.

Be sure to consume MAMMOTH 2500™ at least 1 to 3 times daily to make gains or as directed by a health care professional. For best results, use a blender. Lastly, be sure to monitor your gains and adjust accordingly.
