Only had one serving so far but tastewise isn't bad apart from being a little powdery but i can live with that, however i only use 3scoops for that serving as 5 seems a little too much!

I am new to these products. I bought this from a local shop on offer as i was waiting for another protein to arrive and needed something to keep me going. I am really happy with it tastes great, not too sweet like others i've tried. I bought the 1.4kg and it doesn't last long at all. 5X 50ml scoops per serving, 3 servings per day. But as for the product, i've been at the gym everyday this week and can keep it going, great recovery for the next day. I blend mine, only used the shaker to take to the gym, leaked once but if screwed down firmly it's ok after that

If like me and you don't notice the difference in gains when using 'premium' and expensive products, then this is perfect for you. The choco flavour is pretty good especially for the price. Its a perfect way to gain those extra calories or replenish lost energy after a workout, along with feeding those aching muscles with fast acting whey isolate protein. The creatine and BCAAs are a nice addition, however the creatine does make it taste ever so slightly gritty, nothing unbearable though. Probably would purchase again!
The scoop is 50ml, could anyone clear up how many grams each scoop holds? Thanks
