If this is not working for you then you are training, when taking this, you have to train HARD!!!! Thats were most fail. I started the gym at 9 stone, i am know 12 stone, and iv only been going for one year, and this was the stuff that done it. When i found i stopped gain weight i stopped taking it for a month and had a protien shake, then ent back on it. each tubb i gained about half a kilo!!!! And the chocolate is the best. With 1000cal this will work, but you have to train write.

doesnt work for me doesnt mean wont work for others 16.2 stones 19% body fat.. really never enjoyed drinking

had my first shake 2day 2 scoops of vanilla takes f**king vile.. leave another comment wen tubs gone 16 st 18% body fat lets see the results!
