Been taking this for four weeks now and havnt gained any weight or size . Tasted good and good quality ingredients but not worth the money when it's just a protein drink

have been using this supplement for about 10 weeks and i am just coming to the end of the bag. i have not seen much gain only a little bit nothing major.if you are wanting to build like my self this is not the supplement for you or if your just looking for the extra calories is okay but you can get so much more for your money. such as

Bought this due to quality of ingredients and high protein content have put on stone in muscle in just over 2 weeks 5 scoops great suff :)

Directions
