How this has got bad reviews i dnt no!! i got this first in chocolate and i liked the taste, it compliments plain oats amazingly so your getting a high/quality protein and carb meal, and it does make the oats taste very nice. i then got vanilla and im having 2-3 sachets a day! 1 for breakfast with oats, 1 as part of my dinner and 1 before my workout with oats again. i love it!

Ok better than chocolate from a nutrient profile not taste. I have tried choc flavour and it wasn't too bad. This is very expensive and is simIlar to angel delight but not as pleasing. I would recommend buying a tub of micellar casein instead, it will work out cheaper and prob taste better.

The first mouthful tastes ok all though a bit dull. Then it just becomes harder to eat by the spoonful. It is very thick with the 150ml water as directed and you should use a bit more. It has a plane cardboard taste and is very boring. Just a 3 star rating for me - I have tasted worse though!
