This protein powder was recommended to me by a personal trainer at the gym and for the amount of servings/protein per serving size its awesome, mint chocolate tastes nice too and mixes in seconds and requires a small amount of water to mix with too :) would strongly recommend.

Taste isnt great. But the product does work. Make sure you load (4 shakes a day, for a week) then take regular amounts again (2 - 3).
