i bought the orange flavoured one thinking oh its orange, orange can not taste horrible. but to my shock it was vile! used it 3 servings and could not consume any more of it so i would not reccomend the orange flavoured one.... i shall be buying the strawberry one next as a lad i go to the gym with has it and is so much nicer.

Directions
