i have been taking this product now for just over 2 months, and have seen pretty good gains...but i think i would have seen just as good achievement on cheaper protein supplements,,,would definatly recommend, but far to expensive for me

i took this when after a while of working out and not using any protein. as my first shake i was a bit skeptical. i took this for 2 weeks and the results were incredible. increased strength, muscle, size, everything u could want. gave me energy, helped me recover, and i was working out for 2 weeks straight with only 1 days rest. didnt cut out any fat tho but i wasnt doing any cardio. if u want size fast or even at your own pace, this is the one for u!

Directions
