This is one of the better proteins I've tasted. It's not heavy on the stomach. Taste is quite good (vanilla) and does not create any flatulence. Low in calories & high in protein, perfect for getting ripped.

just bought this to try it out, its values r impressive it has per 100g 76.7g protein 344 cal which is higher in protein and lower in cals than most also has all essential amino acids ect, the taste isnt the worst iv had but not the best either i got stawberry,its very bland tastes almost like chalk and very powdery but bareable maybe mix with something cheaper like optimum healths ultimut whey which tastes great to improve it.

Tastes fine, works well and is reasonably priced the only downside is that its really hard to mix.
