My normal supplement of choice is reflex all natural whey but times are hard and I kept makeing excuses not to buy it.
Training jiu jitsu 3 times a week and serious strength and conditioning 3 times a week I was really starting to suffer fatigue so a friend recommend this shake on a budget .
Just two scopes a day and the recovery and gains have blown me out the water , I won't look back . Great product , the banana taste to good to be a supplement Mmmm I could live off this stuff

having bought chocolate for a long time I made the big move to strawberry and its even better then chocolate and even mixes better,best tasting shake out there.

this is my third bag of this stuff, and i decided to try the banana flavour, great choice! it mixs well and it taste like real milkshake, i started at 82kg in october now i am 92kg really seeing muscle and strength gains.....keep yyou guys updated
