BEN !!!!AMEN BROTHER !! 100% AGREED ! never understand why people put the powder in first, common sense to put water in first ! and if your using direct after training always mix with water never milk ! only use milk at times when you want the protien to release slowly ie.. before bed ! whack it down you with water within about 30 mins after training for full effect ! using milk will slow the release of the protien down to a snails pace !! great stuff used muscle milk before started using this ! and its better in every department and about half the price ! buy evertime now, muscle milk tastes nice but the fat content is shocking , so buy this people !

To those who say it doesn't mix well, i dont understand what youre doing. Put the liquid in first, then the scoop of powder, put on the gauze and lid and then shake for 20 seconds. That mixes fine. I use the CNP shaker on this site. If you cant stand a few lumps, make your day's amount up the night before and leave it in the fridge. Reshake before consuming. Lovely, cool and smooth. Even water becomes a little thicker, so you feel like youre not just drinking a watery drink. As for the tastes, i swear by mint choc and vanilla. The vanilla powder compacts better and is less dusty. I also like choc and strawb. Never tried banana. Cannot complain. Tastes 100x better than any other branded protein I have previously used.My only complaint is there is no amino profile on the product info. Other than this, ignore the apes who dont seem to know how to follow instructions and the idiots who think a chocolate protein shake should taste like a chocolate milk shake. The hint is in the name, idiots. If you want to take on protein, this is the absolute boss. Discountsupplements, stop edging the price up and up. We arent stupid, we do notice we're paying more. Very quick delivery, tastes ok. Found that it comes out very thick if you mix with milk, best with water.
