Optimum are usually good when it comes to protein powders, but the pro complex chocolate flavour is nasty,I bought the largest tub and it is still in my cupboard after taking it 3 times - I am now asking friends whether they want the rest and after tasting it the response is no - at 59.99 it's a shame that it is soooooooooo nasty.
