I have been using these for months now. They are very convenient to take to work and the protein content is very good. The chocolate flavour tastes just "ok" but there again I have never tasted a really nice chocolate protein shake in my life! The strawberry flavour, however, tastes great! It's one of the best tasting protein shakes I have ever tried, and I have tried many brands over the years! Ignore the negative reviews below, some people are never happy and would rather waste money on protein bars. Also, if you can't get these to mix properly then you must have really weak arms! They mix perfectly in about 20 seconds and there are no lumps. I have put some serious size on using these shakes!

Really cant rate these at all. I was using the bar equivalent for a while and decided to change to these. Worst mistake ever, taste horrible (chocolate) leaves me feeling sick with headaches and aching jaw. Doesnt mix well and leaves a horrible residue in throat and mouth. I find myself guzzling on pints of water after in an attempt to prevent the taste staying. Seriously consider other supplements, these will be a huge disappointment and im quite sure that the protein within these isnt amazing. How can it be that cheap to powder up 50g of high quality protein, when a maximuscle bar with high quality protein is about 30 quid for 15 bars, not 30 for 32 bottles. AVOID!
