I have tried a few of the popular proteins now (IDS, optimum health, etcetc), but i have never tasted anything this bad. That said, you aren't gonna be sipping these on a hot summer day for refreshment. This is fuel for your body, treat it as such, and just get it down your neck. The protein content (29g per 30g) is unrivaled, the closest I've seen is 24g. Might not seem like much, but it soon adds up. The types of protein are great too, a combo of fast/medium, so you get sustained protein uptake post workout.
Bottom line - it tastes like poop, but it is by far the best as far as nutrition. Great protein content, great types of protein, and creatine built in.

The Shakes are not ment to taste nice if you want a nice milkshake go to mcdonalds!!the taste isn't actually that bad and ive seen vast inprovments in the first 4 weeks very happy,

This is the lowest Carb (0g) Shake I can find. not the best taste but the best value shake on the market in my opinion.
