The taste is absoutely delicious, Ive had a few of these at work as an emergency meal replacement, however the quality of the protien isnt very good (mostly milk protien) and the carbs are not complex

Strawberry just tastes like a milkshake , i have it after every training and have noticed a slight diffrence in size by using this over water.

brought one throught i'd try it for a protein drink it has a lot of carbs in it like the taste would buy more if the price was about £2
