Nearly at the end of tub number 1 and I have seen great results so far, better than I had with Maximuscle. But the best thing is that it tastes good!

great stuff, all in one and plenty of it, wot more can you ask for and 75g of protein!! also the price isnt extreme either, bought the choc mint, mixed with water and its fine, yea maybe not the best tastin in the world but its not that bad. would recommend this product to anyone.

reflex one stop has everything you need to boost performance, gain muscle and keep healthy. It is probably the best value for money given the ingredient list and number of servings... But it is probably one of the worst tasting products when mixed with water! Half milk half water not too bad, or add some honey with the banna makes it quite nice. havn't dared tried the mint choc!! having said that this is probably due to the low sugar content which most cheap products are full of. Give it a go, great results just be prepared to hold ur nose!

Directions
Take 3 measures (approx 75 grams) and mix with 350ml of water in a shaker/blender & mix thoroughly.
Daily serving: Take one serving mid morning between meals and one more serving after your workout. On non training days, take two servings, one mid morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals.
